Ricky Conrad Alexander, 70 of Pascagoula, passed away Monday, June 15th. Ricky was born September 24, 1949 in Hickory, NC, the son of Elbert Conrad & Ruby Lee (Reese) Alexander. He grew up with a loving family who were always there for each other. He enlisted in the US Navy and was stationed in Panama during the Vietnam War. Ricky married and moved to West Palm Beach, Florida, where he and his wife lived with his beloved grandmother, Connie Bonny Alexander. He graduated from Palm Beach College with a 4.0, earning an Aoosicates Degree in electronics. Ricky loved playing music on the guitar and harmonica, playing with several bands over the years. His other love was fishing, but he was also an expert marksman and hunter to boot. He will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by all whose life he touched. Ricky was preceded by his parents, Elbert Conrad & Ruby Lee (Reese) Alexander; a brother, Terry Alexander and a nephew Bruce Alexander. Left to cherish his memories are: his two children, a son Erik (Jeanette) Alexander, with a daughter Jessica (Thomas) Roche'; his grandson, Ofc. Clayton Alexander; siblings: his brother Allan (Crystal) Alexander, with two sisters, Suzanne (John) Flowers and Candy (Sam) Harper, along with several nieces, nephews, extended family and special friends Len (Ellen) Click and Donnie Davis. Rickey's wishes were to be cremated, which his family is honoring. A celebration of his life may be held at a later date.
