Minnie Pearl (Pulliam) Robnett

Minnie Pearl Robnett, 76, of Hattiesburg, opened her eyes in heaven at 3:38 am on Tuesday, August 2nd, 2022.  Minnie was born December 29, 1945, to George L. and Julia E. (Peacock) Pulliam in Hattiesburg, MS. Minnie was affectionately known as “Granny Minnie” to all those who knew and loved her.  Minnie led a full life with many accomplishments, her biggest accomplishment being the love and devotion she poured into her family every day.  She was happiest when she gardened and was spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.  Minnie showed great resilience and perseverance throughout her journey.  A heroic example her family will always remember and live by. Minnie may have lost her earthly battle but what she gained in glory far exceeded any healing she could have had hoped for here.  Standing at the gates of Heaven ready to greet her with open arms, her loving husband, John Robnett; one son, Little John Robnett Jr.; her parents, George L.  and Julia E. (Peacock) Pulliam; two brothers, Willie and A.J. Pulliam; and one sister Allie Loper.  Those left to cherish her memory, three daughters Sherry (James) Terry, Sheila (Jimmy) Havens, and Joanna Phillips; one son George (Norma) Robnett; her grandchildren whom she loved beyond measure, Katey (Mike) Edwards, J.W. (Megan) Terry, Ashley (Jacob) Walker, Drew (Taylor) Robnett, Brett Robnett, Jameson and Jana Phillips, Rose, Malachy, Sophie, and Joshua Havens; and five beautiful great-grandchildren, Mason, Paisley and Kinsley Edwards, Noah Martin, and Jazmine Robnett. Minnie leaves a legacy of numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends whom all loved her.  Services for Ms. Minnie will be held Thursday August 4, 2022, at Trinity Funeral Services in McHenry. Her memorial visitation will begin at 6 pm followed by a service at 7 pm here in the chapel.  Interment at the Biloxi VA for Ms. Minnie will be the following morning at 9 am.
