Maxine Elizabeth (Cuevas) Tartavoulle

Maxine Elizabeth (Cuevas) Tartavoulle ,58, a member of American Legion Ladies Auxilary Unit 77 in Waveland, entered Eternal Rest on Monday September 21, 2020. She was preceded in death by her husband, Randy Tartavoulle; her unborn son, Baby Tartavoulle; her fur baby, Snowflake; her parents, Earl & Vertie Cuevas; siblings: Earl (Mickey) Cuevas, Jr, Joann Holden, Richard (Redd) Cuevas, Clinton Cuevas, Warren Cuevas, Marilyn Walker, Earlene Cuevas; nieces, Desti Billie Marie Lee & Christina Walker; nephews, Claude David Gastineau & Bruce Holden. Left to Cherish her Precious Memories are her Caregiver & Son, Terry Earl Tartavoulle; her sister in Law, Charlotte Tartavoulle (also known to Maxine by her nickname, Sister, unless Maxine was ticked off then it was CHARLOTTE); her fur babies, Daisy Mae Tartavoulle & Duke William Tartavoulle; also left to cherish her memories are her sisters, Gail (EJ) Malley, Beverly (Jimmy) Ladner, Freda (Craig) Gruys, Myra Necaise, & Karen (Troy) Andrews; her brother, Clyde Cuevas along with numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Her hobbies included playing dice with buddies, watching the Golden Girls, WWE Raw and SmackDown, going visit her niece, Latonia Fountain (and calling her ToniBon) and her family while they were camping, & having family gatherings. All of her sisters will miss her CRAZINESS & her telephone calls. Pall Bearers will be Charlie Armstrong, Michael Fountain, Brennen Fountain, Richard Moran, Douggie Cuevas, Paul Cuevas, Honorary Pall Bearers will be Matthew Ladner, Caleb Gruys, Dennis Malley, Charles Malley and Nathan Andrews. In Lieu of flowers the family would like donations to be made to Trinity Funeral Services in McHenry Mississippi to help with funeral expenses. The family would like to Thank Trinity Funeral Services in McHenry for serving the family with dignity & compassion in their time of need, Oschner Hancock Medical Center, her son would Personally like to thank Denise Nykamp, Brittany Cuevas, & Kelly Neal of Tender Loving Care Home Health in Gulfport for home care for the past 5 years. A visitation is scheduled Friday, September 25 at Waveland United Methodist Church from 6 pm to 9 pm. Funeral services are set for Saturday, September 26 at 11 am with interment to follow at Bayou LaCroix Cemetery.
