Jimmy Steven Cuevas, 76, was called home on May 16, 2022 at Gulfport Memorial Hospital. He was born on April 21, 1946, to Thomas and Doris Cuevas. Jimmy was a Charter member and Deacon of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Saucier. He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas A. Cuevas, mother, Doris L. Cuevas, and brother, Michael Cuevas. Jimmy is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Marion Cuevas of Saucier, MS; daughter, Kimberly "Kim" (Mark) Foster of Perkinston, MS; their sons, Mark Jr. (Jenny) Foster of Wiggins, MS and Zac (Lauren) Foster of Perkinston, MS; Mark and Jenny's children, Nate (SaVanna) Shoemaker of AR, their children J.C. and Avery Shoemaker; daughter, Lori (Mike) Ballard of Hope Mills, NC, and their children, C.J.Williams, Cameron (Hannah) Williams of Oceanside, CA, and Sabrina Williams; son, Jimmy Steven "Stevie" (Stephanie) Cuevas Jr. of Wiggins, MS, and their children, Lacy, Levi, Lincoln, and Lexi Cuevas; brothers, Robert (Norma Lee) Cuevas and David (Gayle) Cuevas all of Pass Christian and also left to cherish his memories are many nieces and nephews. The Cuevas family would like to give a special thanks to the staff of Gulfport Memorial and especially his nurse Alexa for the excellent care and compassion they gave to Mr. Jimmy.
