Gerald Dewayne Holliman passed away on September 13, 2023 in Gulfport, MS. Gerald was born on January 26, 1966 in Gulfport, MS to parents Avon and Helen Marie Jones Holliman. Growing up in a very musical family, Jerry was destined to play the guitar. He had a passion for not only music, but animals too. From goats and chickens, to dogs and his cat Rusty. Growing up country, Jerry spent plenty of time in the woods. All of which played a part in him becoming the loving, caring, selfless man that he was known for. He wasn't one to be found in church, but was very firm in his Christian faith. Jerry was one of those you called on in a time of need, because you knew he was going to be there for you. He lived his life with love and respect for everyone and everything he came across, and he leaves a legacy of love and compassion with the light of his life Wanda Holliman. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. Gerald is preceded by his brother Donald Holliman; his sister Anita Eloise Holliman; and our special grandmother Flora Jones . Left to cherish his precious memories is his sweetheart wife of 11 years, Wanda Holliman; sons Tyler(Brianna) Holliman, Logan(Gabby) Holliman, George(Merry) Parker, Jonathon Parker; daughters Tina(Mickey) Dill, Kim(Chris) Polk, Shawndell(James) Linn; Grandchildren Harley and Karley Holliman; sisters Jeanie(Brad) Yocom, Rita Fisher; brothers Vonnie(Frances) Holliman, Danny Holliman; and a host of nieces and nephews.
