Elizabeth “Beth” Conn, 71, of Meridian, MS gained her angel wings October 27, 2021 at home surrounded by her loving family. Beth dedicated her life to nursing, then ended her career writing policies for the Department of Medicaid. She had the voice of an angel and could cheer up any room she walked into. Her greatest joys in life were her children and grandchildren. She would always tell stories about her “younger” days with her cousins and family. She spent her life taking care of just about everyone she encountered. She loved to travel far and wide and she loved Broadway. Her last big trip was to Texas to see her favorite, “Phantom of the Opera” with her granddaughter and grandson-in-law. In her last years she enjoyed watching Disney, Animal Planet, HGTV, and playing bingo on her phone. She is preceded by her parents, Tony and Bonnie Conn; son, John “Billy” Brashier; a string of aunts, uncles, cousins, and grandparents. She is survived by her daughter, Toni Haywood, son in love Curtis Haywood; granddaughters, Celeste (Travis) Haywood Stanley, Sara (Todd) Wicca; grandsons, Read Haywood, Matt Brashier , and John (Brittany) Brashier; six great grandchildren, and many loved ones. There will be no services, only a celebration of life with family and friends. In lieu of flowers please consider donating to the family to off-set funeral expenses. Trinity Funeral Services is honored to serve the Conn family in their time of need, asking everyone to keep them in your thoughts and prayers over the coming days.
