Edgar Nybo Obituary

Edgar Gilbert Nybo, 75 of the Magnolia community, passed away at his home January 31, 2021. A graduate in Micro Biology of USM he was a retired electrician of Ingall's Ship Building. He was born on February 8, 1945 in Columbus, MS to the late Lelyn Warren Nybo, Sr. and Christine Lynette Loflin Nybo. He is also preceded in death by his wife Lorraine Retz Nybo.
He is survived by his brothers, Warren Nybo, Jr. of Columbus, MS; Stephen Nybo of McHenry, MS, with sisters, Dr. Valorie Nybo (Susan Atlas) of Boston, MA and Cheryl (Lee) Overturf of Drummonds, TN; nieces, Emily (Benji) Thomas, nephews Eric Nybo (Menji Sohn), Lelyn Nybo, Nathan (Amanda) Masters, niece Maddie and nephew Miles Masters. Ed's final wishes were to be cremated, which his family is honoring. A United States Air Force veteran, Ed will be interred at Biloxi National Cemetery, with a private family ceremony, at a later date. Trinity Funeral Services is honored to serve the Nybo family in their time of need, asking everyone to keep them in your thoughts and prayers over the coming days.
