Donald Wayne White, 54 of Pass Christian, passed away Saturday, October 30th at his home. He was born August 3, 1967 in Gulfport, one of three children and son of Dewey Otis and Lelia Irene (Battle) White, growing up in Gulfport for a few years before the family moved out to the Pistache community in Pass Christian. Wayne was a rambunctious young man that enjoyed the outdoors. He liked to hunt and fish, as well as chop down trees and bushes...even when he wasn't supposed to. Wayne attended Pass Christian schools and worked in lawn care mostly. In his spare time, when he didn't have a hook in the water somewhere, he enjoyed gardening and piddling around the house. Through all the adversities he faced in life, Wayne was a loving son, brother and uncle who will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him. He was preceded by his father, Dewey Otis White. Left to cherish his memories are: his loving mother, Lelia White, with his sister Gayle (Nick) Munsch and his brother Ray (Melanie) White, all of the Pistache community. He leaves a niece, two nephews and many extended family and friends. His final wishes were to be cremated, which his family is honoring and may hold a memorial service at a later date. Trinity Funeral Services is honored to serve the White family in thier time of need, asking everyone to keep them in your thoughts and prayers over the coming days.
