David Michael Arthur

David Michael "Mike" Arthur, 52, passed away Sunday, March 13, 2022.  He was born March 20, 1969, in Taylorville, IL to Marilyn and Hiram “Butch” Arthur.  Growing up in Taylorville Mike loved to explore the woods, search for arrowheads, & hang out at the creek with family, friends & his beloved dog, Puppy.  Mike was fun-loving and always up for a “good time”.  He was great at getting to that itch you couldn’t scratch. He loved to go on walks, draw, and color with his grandson. He will be dearly missed. He is preceded by his parents, Marilyn and Butch Arthur; son, William T. Michael Arthur, & his former wife, Ray-Dean Nations.  Left to cherish his memories are: his daughter, Stormie (Eric Hobson) Hackler; sons Harley Arthur, Shadow Arthur, and Echo Arthur; one grandson, Lakota Hackler; sisters, Tonya Fisher, Teri Bush, & Tiffany Bush; and his beloved dog, Puppy.  Mike also leaves behind a long line of nieces, nephews, great-nieces & great-nephews, along with many extended family & friends through the years.  Mike’s final wishes were to be cremated, which his family is honoring.  Trinity Funeral Services is honored to serve the Arthur family in their time of need and asks everyone to keep them in your thoughts and prayers over the coming days.
