Carrol Buford Bradford

Carrol Buford Bradford, 83 of Wiggins, passed March 8th at his home. He was born April 6, 1937 to Albert and Stella Bradford. He is preceded in death by his parents. Carrol is survived by a slew of kids; Steve Bradford, Ricky Bradford, Sharon (Thomas) Cameron, Beth (Faron) Simpson, Debbie Bradford, Jeffrey Bradford and Lynette (John) Pacelli; siblings, James “Pete” Bradford, Arthur Lee “Pee Wee” Bradford, Albert “Boots” Bradford, Mary Lois “Sister” Davis, Marvin Bradford, Thomas Bradford, Clarence Bradford and Buddy Bradford; 18 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren along with more nieces, nephews, extended family and friends than you can shake a stick at! Carrol believed in giving everyone a nickname and his was “Chicken Man”. He was a good ole boy that liked to have a good time. His motto was “It is what it is” and for the most part was easy-going, but God help you when that switch got flipped over! Carrol was the type that didn’t have a problem telling you what was on his mind. He will be remembered fondly and loved always. Fly High, Carrol, Fly High!
