Mr. Willie Earl Horne

Mr. Willie Earl Horne, 38 of Wiggins, passed away March 2nd in Madison. Willie was born June 17, 1980, the son of the late Sandra Horne Marshall. He attended Stone High School, and later was employed as a cook, which he loved to do. On November 17, 2016, he married Laporcha Hartfield, and was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Leonard Galloway. Willie was preceded by his mother, Sandra Marshall; his maternal grandparents, Willie and Ola Mae (Jackson) Horne; three sisters, Tina, Samantha, and Sonya, and his brother, Al. He leaves to cherish his memories: his loving wife, Laporcha, and his son, Dallas Land, both of Wiggins; his father, Wesley Robinson of Gulfport; a sister, Samantha Smith, and a brother, Robert Horne; a niece, Maslya Moore; his aunts Shirley Kennedy, Dawn (Herbert) Boggs of Wiggins, Lillie Horne, Sammie (Phyllis) Summit, Emma (Allen) Floyd, and Olivia (Lonnie) Keyes, all of Gulfport, and Robert (Angela) Horne of New Orleans. He also leaves a special god-daughter, Asia Lee, and step-daughter, Leola Davis, both of Wiggins, along with a host of extended family and friends. Visitation has been set for Wednesday, March 13th, beginning at 11:00 AM, with the funeral service set for 1:00 PM, at Emmanuel Faith Temple Baptist Church in Wiggins. Interment will follow New Zion church cemetery. Triunity FUneral Services is honored to serve the Horne family in their time of need.
