W. C. Breland

Mr. W.C. Breland, 70 of Wiggins, passed away Wednesday afternoon at his home. "Bo Bo" as he was known by most, was born August 25, 1948 in Wiggins, to the late Livingston and Mattie Mae Breland. At an early age, he joined the Church of Christ in Wiggins. Bo Bo attended Locker High School and Stone High. He went on to obtain his GED, and some classes at MGCCC in Perk as well. He has worked at Stone County Hospital, Charles Evans Trucking, Stone County Regional Correctional Facility, and for Stone County Road Department, and was the proud owner of the Climax Club since 1978. On March 7, 2019, Bo Bo departed this life at his home in Hattiesburg. He was preceded by his parents, Livingston and Mattie Mae Breland; two sisters, Ola Mae Corbett and Carrie Lee Brown; four brothers, Roosevelt Breland, Robert James, Curtis Patton, and Teddy Breland; and a great-grandson, Tyren James. He leaves to cherish his memories: his loving wife, Charlie Breland of Hattiesburg; three daughters, Sahree Gordon (Shawnta Jones), Wyniki (Robin) Morrison, and Janice breland (Markeish Thomas), all of Wiggins; three grandchildren, Tyler Jones, Faith Breland, and Rhea Morrison, one great-grand, Raylann James; two sisters, Lou Atkinson and Louella (Bobby) Evans; one brother, Liston Breland; and his aunt, Emma Doris Calloway, all of Wiggins; special friends Aeriel Dykes, Perry "Brother" White, Alvin "Luv" Gray, Addie (Willie) Baines, and Richard Jasper, along with a host of neices, nephews, extended family, and friends. A Celebration of Life has been set for Tuesday, March 12th at Trinity Funeral Services in McHenry, from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM. A memorial service will also be held Saturday, March 16th at the Climax Club, which he owned, from 3:00 until 7:00 PM. All are encouraged to attend, and bring a covered dish if you would like. Trinity is honored to serve the Breland family, and asks everyone to keep the family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
