Ms. Tracy Leigh Evans, 48 of Lumberton, passed away Sunday at Asbury Hospice in Hattiesburg. Tracy was born December 15, 1969, the youngest daughter of Glenna (Atkinson) Fitzgerald and Ike Jarels. She grew up in Roanoke, VA, and enjoyed most things outdoors, like fishing and camping. Tracy also liked to skate and go to the movies. Her career was cut short due to severe vision problems. She is remembered as a great daughter, and a loving, caring mother, who tried to raise her boys as best she could. She will be fondly remembered, and sadly missed by all who knew and loved her. She was preceded by a brother, James Harold Gearheart. Left to cherish her memories are her parents, Ike Jarels and Glenna Fitzgerald; her sons, Wesley A. Wright, II of VA, and Josiah Jeremiah Johnson of TN; her sisters, Barbara (Gregory) Miller and Betty (Michael) Barker, all of VA; one grandson, "J.J."; some nieces, nephews, and many friends. Trinity Funeral Services is honored to serve the Evans family in their time of need, and asks that you keep them in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
