Mr. Timothy Villarreal Gonzales

August 25, 1971 — September 8, 2018

Mr. Timothy V. Gonzales, 47 of Gulfport, passed away Saturday at Garden Park Hospital. Timothy was born August 25, 1971 in Texas, the baby of five children to Roberto and Rosita Villarreal Gonzales. He grew up in Toledo, OH, and from an early age he was mechanically inclined. He enjoyed taking things apart and fixing them, as well as building things. This transitioned into what would become a career as a mechanic. Timothy received his diploma from Libbie High School, and continued his passion as a mechanic. He also enjoyed music, playing both guitar and bass, but he did not sing. Timothy had an amazing personality, which included a overcharged sense of humor. Of his favorite phrases, you likely heard and looked to see if you had "dropped your pocket", or if your "shoe was untied", even though you may not have been wearing shoes at the time. He never met a stranger, and was eager to help anyone. Timothy is remembered as a loving, devoted husband and father, someone that you could talk to about anything. He adored his family, and was always there for them, especially for his grandkids with some Diet Mountain Dew and Little Debbie cakes. A man that could always get a smile from you, he will be fondly remembered, and sadly missed by all whose life he touched. Timothy was preceded by his parents, Roberto & Rosita; and by a son, Russell Nino, and a brother, Robert E. Lee "Bobby" Gonzales. Left to cherish his memories are: his loving wife, Tracy Lynn Bourque Gonzales; children Timmy Gonzales Jr., Cecillia Gonzales (Brandon Turner), Victoria (Tony) Whitaker, Thomas (Salina) Gonzales, Javier (Rebel) Gonzales, Siara (Dionte) Carey, Donnie Nino, and Daniel Gonzales, all of the Toledo, OH area; Courtney (Tracy) Fields, of Saucier, Megan Brooks and Troy Brooks, Jr, both of Gulfport; siblings: Teddy Gonzales (Elizabeth Campos), Rosemary (Esiquiel) Gonzalez, Julia Gonzales (Raul Olivarez), and Karrell (Rosalinda) Gonzales, all of Ohio; twenty-one grandchildren, with two more on the way, several nieces, nephews, extended family, and countless friends. Trinity Funeral Services is assisting the family with arrangements, and will have more details soon. "When tomorrow starts without me, And I am not there to see, If the sun should rise and find your eyes All filled with tears for me; I wish so much you wouldn't cry The way you did today, While thinking of the many things, We didn't get to say. I know how much you love me, As much as I love you, And each time that you think of me, I know you will miss me too; So when tomorrow starts without me, Don't think we're far apart, For every time you think of me, I'm right here, in your heart." - Romano Please keep the family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
