Mr. Thomas Allen Smith

Mr. Thomas Allen Smith, 70 of Diamondhead, passed away Friday in Bay St. Louis. He was born August 9, 1948 in Picayune, the son of Claude Allen and Rita Gaynell (Driskel) Smith. He grew up in South MS, and enjoyed softball and billiards, or pool. Jimmy was a student of the game, and became quite accomplished at it. Over the years he participated in many leagues, where he won numerous awards and trophies. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him. He was preceded by both parents, and two brothers, Kenneth R. and Jerry W. Smith. He leaves his daughter, Chandrea Saucier of Poplarville, and his grandchildren, Braihley and Trever Saucier, and his sister, Billie Elaine Smith of FL. Thomas' wished to donate his body to science, which he had arranged. His family is honoring his wishes through the Genesis Legacy Foundation.
