Mr. Steve Louis Leblue Jr

Mr. Steve Louis LeBlue, Jr., 43 of Wiggins, passed away on Wednesday, August 3, 2016. Originally from Marrero, LA, Steve had lived in the Wiggins area for the past year or so. Steve grew up in South Louisiana, and was the type that loved the outdoors, enjoying fishing, hunting, and all types of wildlife. He considered it a challenge to catch animals and reptiles by hand, including snakes, armadillos, and any others he could get a hand on. Steve worked as a riverboat deckhand for several companies on our American waterways, and also had became a highly skilled tattoo artist. He will be remembered as a jovial, outgoing person, and someone who always spoke his mind. He dearly loved his family above anything else, and will be sadly missed by all those who knew and loved him. He is survived by his parents, Steve LeBlue, Sr. and Ms. Darrin L. DeLacerda of Westwego, LA; his estranged children, daughter Tiffany M. Franks, and one son, Steven L. Franks, both of Marrero, LA; two brothers, Ryan Ainsworth and Albert Bourgeois, both of Westwego, and a number of nieces and nephews. Steve was preceded in death by a sister, Jessica DeLacerda, and his grandmother, Helen Griffith. Steve will be cremated, and returned to Westwego to the care of his parents.
