Shirley Joyce Carlisle

Shirley Carlisle of Fruitland Park, a cherished and vibrant soul, departed from this world on September 8th, 2024, at the age of 79. She was born on May 10th, 1945, in Lumberton, MS and spent her final moments surrounded by the love and comfort of family. Shirley's life was a testament to her resilience and unwavering positivity. She was a proud graduate of Lumberton High School, where she formed lifelong friendships and a foundation for her life to follow. Her bright smile and generous heart strengthened her community and brought joy to those around her. She leaves behind a legacy of love and commitment, embodied by her devoted husband, Keith Carlisle, and her beloved children, Cheryl Smith (married to Kendall), Harold Barnett, and Sissy Dale (married to Tracy). Her passing is mourned by her numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who will carry the memory of her spirit and kindness. Shirley now joins her late parents, Theola and Andrew Blackwell, her daughter-in-law, Tiffany Barnett, and her brothers and sisters in eternal peace. Her legacy of love and light will continue to shine in the lives she touched.
