Shane Mitchell Lawrence, a cherished family man and avid outdoorsman, passed away on May 30, 2024, at the age of 51. Born on January 14, 1973, Shane's life was a testament to the enduring bonds of love, the joy of the great outdoors, and the simple pleasures of life. Shane was a devoted husband, loving father, and doting pawpaw whose greatest passion was spending time with his family. His ten-year marriage was filled with shared laughter, support, and countless cherished memories. Shane's love for his children and grandchildren knew no bounds, and he instilled in them the values of kindness, perseverance, and the importance of family ties. Shane found serenity and joy in the calm waters of Mississippi's lakes and rivers. His fishing trips were made even more special by the company of his wife. The couple's bond was strengthened by their love for nature and the quiet moments they spent side by side. Shane was also a keen hunter and golfer, both sports that allowed him to immerse himself in the beauty and stillness of nature. Nothing brought a smile to Shane's face quite like his loyal dog, King. Their unbreakable bond was evident to all who knew them. He loved family get togethers, golfing and fishing with his mom and stepdad, and BBQs with his father. He always did his best to make everyone happy, doing anything he could for everyone. Shane Mitchell Lawrence will be profoundly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
