Leaksville, MS

Sara "Marjie" Marjean Moberg, 63, of Leaksville, MS., passed away in the comfort of her home surrounded by family, September 2, 2021.  Born one of four children, on May 18, 1958, to Sara Alice Allen, in Mobile, AL. Marjie grew up in Mobile, AL, a meek tender-hearted little girl who had a love for animals beyond measure. She was married to the love of her life, Mack Moberg, for thirty plus years.  In those thirty years, she loved to fish right along side him and together raise their little boy, Jeffro, whom she adored. Marjie was a hard worker as well as strong willed. These two qualities together made it simple for her to provide whatever was needed for her family. Marjie retired from DHL, where she brought a smile to those she delivered packages to. She loved with her whole heart and dedicated her life to being the best daughter, wife, mom, aunt, and sister she could be.  Animals were always a passion of Marjie's, she loved her "baby puppy" Baxter as if he were her own son and he loved her!  Marjie was a gentle soul who will be missed dearly by her family and friends. She is preceeded in death by her loving husband Francis "Mack" Moberg; son Jeffro McCormack, and one brother, David Michael McCormack.  Left on this earth to remember her warm embrace are her mother Sara Allen McCormack; her sisters Melonie McCormack and Meta McCormack; her "Best Bud", Levi (Brandi) Fallon; nephews Christopher (Brandi) Dueitt, Mack (Jennifer) Lewis; nieces Jessica Dueitt, Ashleigh Smith, and Heather Smith; she leaves a legacy of several great nephews and nieces whom were no different than grandchildren to her, as well as numerous extended family and friends.  Marjie's wishes were to be cremated, which her family is honoring. Trinity Funeral Services is honored to serve the Moberg family during this difficult time and we ask that you will remember them in your prayers in the days to come.
