Mr. Ronald Gene Smith

Mr. Ronald Gene Smith, age 59, passed away on March 12, 2019 at his home in Foxworth, MS. Born on August 5, 1959, Ronald was the 2nd of 5 children to the late Cloy Smith and Annette Wigley. Ronald took every chance he could to go hunting and fishing, and you could often find him in his boat on the Pearl River, wetting a line. He may have had problems but telling you what he thought wasn't one of them! Everyone always knew where they stood with him and it was usually outside! He will be remembered as a loving son, brother, dad and grandpa, and will be dearly missed. Ronald is proceeded by his father, Cloy Smith and his sister Shelia Smith. He is survived by his mother and step-father, Annette and James Wigley; his children, Kelly Money and Demi (Michael) Rymarowicz; siblings, Rhonda (Tim) Bullock, Greg (Melinda) Smith, Stacy (Brent) Sanders; grandsons: Jared, Kayson, Aaiden, Cash and was looking forward to a new grandbaby due in September. A memorial service will be held Saturday, March 30th at Hathorn Baptist Church from 10 to 11 AM. In lieu of flowers, buy a box of worms and go fishing...Ronald would have wanted that!
