Mr. Robert Kirby Robertson Sr

Robert Kirby Robertson, Sr., 34 of Florence, MS, passed away October 7, 2018. Robbie was born Sept. 21, 1984 in Grand Haven, MI, the 2nd of 5 children to Rochell and Kirby Robertson, and grew up in the area. Robbie enjoyed the outdoors, loving to hunt and fish, and had the biggest heart ever. He enjoyed being with friends, and made himself the center of attention whenever possible. Bill Cross and Joe Brown were both big influences to him, and had huge impact on his life as a young man. Robbie was a great dad to his children, and spent as much time with them as possible. He is remembered as a loving son and father, brother, and friend to all. His heart was so big that he didn't know what to do with it. Robbie will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by all who knew and loved him. He was preceded by a brother, Randy, his grandfather, Robert Kohnke; and an infant son, Eric Robertson. Left to cherish his memories are his 5 children, Robert, Jr., Jayden, Ryder, Katelyn, and Kailee Robertson; his mother, Rochell Robertson; his father, Kirby Robertson; 3 siblings: a brother, Rodney Cross, sisters Alexandra Robertson and Amber Perin; grandparents Alice & Ernest Skuse; and numerous extended family and friends. The family will set a celebration of Robbie's life at a later date.
