CPO Robert Wayne Reeter, USN (Retired), 85 of Saucier, passed away peacefully at The Claiborne in Gulfport Monday morning, June 26th. Known to his friends and family as Wayne, he was born November 17, 1937 in St. Louis, Missouri. Throughout his career, Wayne received numerous medals and ribbons, as well as a badge for Parachute. His dedication to his country and his fellow service members was a testament to his strong character and sense of duty. Not only was Wayne a dedicated serviceman, but he was also a loving and devoted family man. His children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren were the center of his world, and he was always there to support and encourage them. Wayne's family will always remember his generous spirit, his warm smile, and the twinkle in his eye that showed just how much he cared for them all. In addition to his family, Wayne was a loyal friend to many. He was always ready to lend a helping hand or share a kind word, and his thoughtfulness and selflessness were admired by all who knew him. To his friends, Wayne was more than just a confidant; he was a source of strength and inspiration, a true testament to the power of friendship.

Wayne's passing leaves a void in the lives of all those who knew and loved him, but his memory will live on in their hearts forever.
