Richard "Burt" Bartholomew

Richard Burton Bartholomew (Burt) was born October 20, 1961 at Wilson Clinic in Huntingdon, TN. He died after a short illness on October 30, 2025 in Gulfport, MS. Burt moved to Mississippi in 1985 to work for Palmer Tool and met his future wife, Carolyn Fore. They lived in McHenry; MS. Burt loved the Tennessee Vols and became a New Orleans Saints fan. Burt had a big personality and loved his family and friends. Burt is survived by his wife, Carolyn; his mother, Janice Kizer; sister, Sandy Boldreghini (Mike); and his brother, Brad Bartholomew; nieces, Shea Smith and Brianna Bartholomew; and nephew; Justin Goble. He is also survived by friends that became family, Terry and Angel Jones of Saucier, MS. He was predeceased by his father, R.M. Bartholomew, sister; Melody Haynes, and nephew, Matt Boldreghini.
