Mrs. Rhonda Ann Brackin

Mrs. Rhonda Ann Moses Brackin, age 47, passed away in Columbus, MS on February 1, 2019, leaving behind a heck of a lot of stuff that her daughter and son-in-law have no idea what to do with. She was born on July 12, 1971 to William and Patsy Cherry Moses in Columbus, MS. Rhonda loved her family, beanie babies and on-line gaming and not necessarily in that order. She hated liars and brussel sprouts. Her hobbies included cross-stitching, drawing and writing. Rhonda had a niche for being the center of attention. While she didn't let her battle with cancer define her, she certainly did use it to play the sympathy card with family, police officers and cashiers. Needless to say, there was never a dull moment around Rhonda! Her memory will live on in our hearts as a loving Mama, Nana and a hoarder of beanie babies. Rhonda was preceded in death by her parents, William and Patsy Cherry Moses. She is survived by her husband, Len Brackin; her favorite daughter and son-in-law, Andrea Barcolla and Spencer Mixon; her favorite grandson, Ashton, a.k.a Lil Dude; sister, Jennifer (Eugene) Elliot; grandmother, Roberta Moses; niece and nephew, Sarah and Matthew. Rhonda's final wishes were to be cremated without any fanfare which her family is honoring. The tears in our eyes can be wiped away but the ache in our hearts will always stay.
