Phanee Toi Miles, 87, of Biloxi, MS, passed away peacefully on April 19, 2026, at Ocean Springs Health and Rehab in Ocean Springs, MS. Phanee was born on December 25, 1938, in Thailand to her loving parents. She was a simple but hard-working woman who never slowed down. She moved to America in 1976 after getting married, where she continued to raise her family. Phanee was always so strong and loved her family fiercely. Phanee enjoyed fishing, crabbing, gardening, and cooking for her family above all else. Never knowing when she would return inside from gardening, Phanee's stamina for hard work went unmatched. For fun, Phanee loved spending time gambling at ONLY, The HardRock, Treasure Bay, and Boomtown Casinos. She always made sure that everyone around her was taken care of, with food or whatever it was they may need. Phanee was a loving mother, but more so, she was a YaiYai! Her grands and her son-in-law could do no wrong, making room for lots of laughter whenever she was so strict on her daughter, Som. Phanee will be immensely missed by all who knew and loved her. Phanee is preceded in death by her husband, James Miles, and her parents. Left to cherish her memory are her only daughter, Som (Duane) Olsen; one son, Ooot Nillichet; two grandchildren, Kelsey "NitNoi" (Matt) Prevette and Kyle "ThongChi" Olsen; and one great-grandchild, Maverick "ChaiChai" Prevette. Phanee leaves a legacy of numerous extended family and friends whom she loved very much. Trinity Funeral Services is honored to serve the Miles family and ask that you remember them in your thoughts and prayers over the coming days.
