He grew up across AL, TN, and MS, and was an outgoing and rambunctious young man who enjoyed fishing. He graduated from Harrison Central High School, a member of the Class of 1984, and made an early career as a welder for CBI and AT&V. Perry also spent time working in the automotive service department with his father at Star Chevrolet, and other dealerships across South MS. His most recent employment was as a sergeant at the Stone County Regional Correctional Facility. He is remembered as a loving husband and devoted father who simply adored his grandkids. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him. Perry was preceeded by his father, Wayne Watts. Left to cherish his memories are his loving wife of 24 years, Deanna; his children, a son, Corey Watts of Wiggins, and daughters Breanna Watts-Bass of Perkinston, Serenity Watts and Crystal Watts, both of Wiggins; one brother, Terry (Cindy) Watts of Wiggins, nephews Dustin Watts and Holden Watts (Grace Lacy), also of Wiggins; and three grandchildren, Bailey, Rebecca, and Brennan Watts; and his in-laws, W.G. A memorial service has been scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 9th at 11:00 AM in the sanctuary of First Baptist Church of Wiggins. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to his wife to help with expenses, if anyone wishes to do so. Trinity Funeral Services is honored to serve the Watts family, and asks that you keep Deanna and all the family in your thoughts and prayers through this very difficult time.
