Mr. Oscar Joseph Daniels

Mr. Oscar Joseph Daniels, 78 of Long Beach, passed away Monday afternoon, Sept. 24th, 2018 in Slidell, LA. Oscar was born August 21, 1940 in Big Springs, TX, the 6th of 7 children to Willie and Lillie Mae Daniels. Oscar truly loved his family, and is remembered as "everything you looked for in a son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, and friend". He was funny, protective, loving, kind-hearted, and a million and one more things, and we will miss him with all our hearts til we see him again. He was preceded by his parents, Willie & Lillie Mae; siblings Lewis, Willie Jr., and Delores. Left to cherish his memories are his loving wife of 54 years, Pamela Daniels; his children: daughters Dawn Corbin, Jessie (Dan) Wittmann, and Jennifer (Claude) Glass; sons Darin (Anna) Daniels, and Chris (Karen) Daniels; brothers Gordon, Richard, and Vincent; grandchildren: Lee, Lauren, Philip, Jonathan, Elizabeth, Houston, Blake, Brooke, Madison, Reese, Parker, Peyton, Cole, and Giavana; great-grands: Jaxon, Ember, Noah, Franklin; along with extended family and untold friends. The family will set a celebration of his life at a later date. Trinity is honored to serve the Daniels family, and asks that you keep them in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
