Newitt M. Bond Jr

Newitt Maurnice Bond, affectionately known as "Buddy" by his friends and family, passed away peacefully on February 19, 2025 in Gulfport, Mississippi. Born on May 23, 1970, in the heart of Mississippi, Buddy lived a life marked by devotion to his loved ones and an unwavering work ethic. Buddy dedicated his life to providing for his family, constructing a legacy of hard work and generosity. He took pride in being a diligent provider, skillfully taking on any task to support those around him. A true outdoorsman, he relished the days spent hunting and fishing, skills that not only served as his passion but also as a means to nurture and sustain his family. Left to cherish Buddy's memory are his son, Dustin Crawford (Ashley) of Saucier; his twin daughters, McKenzie and McKaylie Hassell; and his granddaughter, Kinsley Crawford. He was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Bud and Nettie Bond, and his daughter, Ashley Bond.
