Nathan M. Boone

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Nathan Marvin Boone, 66, of Picayune, Miss. on December 18, 2024. Nathan had a deep connection to the Pearl River, where he spent  countless hours fishing and camping. Whether it was running trotlines or pitching a tent on the river bank; Nathan enjoyed the peace and joy the river brought him. Nathan is survived by his children, Christoper Boone and John Boone (Jenniffer); his grand-children, Madisynn Boone, Paetynn Boone and Ryleigh Boone; his siblings, Virgil Daniel Boone (Lisa), Jennifer Borne, Mary Ann Iver-son (Gary), Trish Tanner (Fred) and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his son, Patrick Boone; parents, Ellen Rosetta and Virgil P Boone.

A memorial will be held in his honor on Saturday, Jan. 4, 2025 with visitation from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. with service immediately following at George Ford Landmark Missionary Baptist Church, 284 George Ford Rd., Carriere, MS 39426.
