Mildred Ann Lucco, 67, passed away on July 12, 2022 at Highland Hospital in Picayune, MS. Mildred was born on September 14,1953 in Bay St. Louis, MS to Clarence and Versie Ladner Necaise.

Millie was raised in the Dedeaux Community and graduated from Harrison Central Highschool. Millie was an active member in CYO and church groups from an early age and loved Jesus with all her heart. She worked as an administrative assistant for Bob Walker Attorney at Law, Garden Park Hospital, and finished out her career for Nasa at SSC. Ms. Millie owned and operated two businesses, J&M BBQ and Dynamic Auto Transport. She had a contagious smile and always cracked jokes to keep everyone joyful. Millie loved spending time with her family and cooking a family meal every Sunday. She never turned down finding a good bargain at Dirt Cheap and loved “pre-fishing” for bass tournaments with her late husband. She was a great mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend to many. She will be remembered as a kind, selfless woman who always put others before herself.

Millie is preceded in death by her loving husband, Joe Lucco; father, Clarence Necaise; grandmas, Estelle Necaise and Verlie Ladner, granddaughter, Jenny Herron, and brother-in-law, Joe McWilliams. Mildred is survived by her children, Jeannie Wahl and Kendrick (Jackie) Ladner; her mother Versie Necaise; siblings, Betty Jo Deshamp (McWilliams), and Travis (Donna) Necaise; grandchildren, Jordyn (Chance) Mills, Gage (Danielle) Herron, Jestan Wahl, Kassidy (Devin) Ladner, Kaden Ladner, Caiden Necaise, Caleb Necaise; great-grandchildren, Patrick Herron, Avi Herron, MillieJune Mills; Nieces and nephews, Randy “Shawn” (Gwen) Deshamp, Stephanie (Caleb) Cooper, Dustin (Whitney) Necaise; great nieces and nephews, Maddie Grace Necaise, Lakyn Deschamp, Jillian Deshamp, Wyatt Necaise, Nathan Cooper, Landon Wallace, and Kyle Mills.  Trinity Funeral Services is honored to assist the Lucco family during this time and would ask that you remember her family in your thoughts and prayers in the days to come.

Services for Ms. Lucco will be Monday, July 18th at St. Matthew the Apostle in Perkinston with visitation starting at noon and funeral service at 2:00.  Millie will be laid to rest directly following funeral services at Alphonse G. Malley Cemetery.
