Michael Gary Mulkey, Jr. passed away in Ocean Springs, Thursday, April 20, 2023. Born April 24, 1977 in Biloxi, MS. He is survived by his mother, Ethel (Chin) Mulkey; father, Michael Mulkey, Sr. and step-mom Malaine Mulkey; step-siblings, Eric and Kyndall Staats. Michael was an outgoing and bright soul that will be dearly missed by many.
