Melissa Gail Luna

With heavy hearts, family and friends mourn the loss of Melissa Gail Luna. Melissa leaves behind cherished memories in her son, Alex Jenkins, her mother, Gina Luna, her stepdad, Tom Linville, her sister, Nicole Treanor, stepsister, Sam Linville, and niece, Emma Treanor. Melissa's love touched us all. She exhibited her love of animals while working as a veterinary technician at the Animal Medical Center where her compassion for animals knew no bounds. However, she made her professional mark most notably in the hospitality industry. There she made deep connections with coworkers, several of whom became like family to her. Let us remember Melissa for the joy she brought into our lives and her enduring legacy of love, kindness and generosity. May Melissa's spirit inspire us to embrace life with love and warmth, just as she did throughout her remarkable journey. A service is planned for Thursday October 12th from 1:30pm until 4:00pm at the Clyde Muse Center located at 515 Country Place in Pearl Mississippi.
