Mrs. Mary Cherelle Ladner

Mary Cherelle Ladner, age 49 of Kiln, passed away March 31, 2019 at Memorial Hospital in Gulfport. Cherelle was born on July 22, 1969, the 4th of 5 children born to Frank and Pearline Comfort. Cherelle was a simple, selfless woman that loved sitting on the back porch, sipping coffee and listening to the birds sing. Cherelle had a love for everyone she knew and was a mom to many more than she had! Though she had been sick for a long while, she never let it define her. Cherelle will be remembered by her friends and family as a loving and graceful wife, mother, sister and grandmother. She is preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Pearline Comfort. Cherelle leaves behind to cherish her memory: her husband, soulmate, and love of her life, Frank; her precious children: Robbie, Zach, Pearlanna, Molly, Justin (Starrlyn) and Daphne (Ricky); siblings: Frankie (Lana), Marty, Natalie (Barry) and Sonya (Anthony); grandchildren: Braleigh, McKenzie, Arleigh, McKay, Austyn, Huntleigh and Anella, along with countless friends. Visitation services to honor Cherelle will be held on Tuesday, April 2, 2019 at St. Matthew Catholic Church at 12:00 PM, with the funeral ceremony to begin at 1. Interment will follow at the Alphonse Malley Cemetery on Firetower Road.
