Margaret Ann Awrey was a one-of-a-kind woman whose quiet strength and gentle spirit left a lasting mark on all who knew her. She was a straightforward, humble, and modest soul who lived life simply, never taking it too seriously unless it truly mattered. A proud old-fashioned country woman, Margaret carried herself with grace and faith, rooted deeply in her love for the Lord as a devoted Southern Baptist.

Though she kept to herself, Margaret’s love for her family ran deep and unwavering. She found comfort in the simple joys of life, especially in the companionship of her beloved cat and the closeness of those she held dear. A loving aunt and cherished sister, she was truly special to those fortunate enough to know her, and her presence will be deeply missed.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Homer Allen and Nelda Seal; her daughter, Kristina; her sister, Peggy Davis; and her nephews, Stephen Anthony Allen II and Keith Brodus.

Margaret is survived by her loving brothers, Stephen (Darlene) Allen and Kenneth (Mary) Allen; her sisters, Donnas Coffman and Michelle (Daniel) Pagel; along with numerous beloved nieces and nephews who will continue to carry her memory in their hearts.
