Lowell Alan Williams, Sr.

Lowell Alan Williams, Sr., 65, of Lucedale passed away March 6, 2020. Lowell was born August 14, 1954 to Lowell H. and Helen (Burks) Williams in Troy, AL. He is preceded in death by his father, Lowell Williams and wife, Carmen Williams. Lowell leaves behind to cherish his memory his mother, Helen Burks Williams; best friend and care-giver, Sonja Dearman; children, Melissa, Suzanne and Lowell Williams, Jr.; bonus-children, Abigail, Corey and Derrick Dearman; brothers, Kevin (Sheryl) and Burk (Karen) Williams; 7 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Throughout Lowell's career he did a little bit of everything, from being a mechanic to electrician to carpenter. He was a jack of all trades. He enjoyed camping and fishing anywhere there was some water. Lowell was know for having a great sense of humor and being absolutely crazy. There was never a dull moment while he was around. Lowell was truly a great guy that will be missed beyond measure. A memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to offset the funeral expenses.
