Levi Levorious Buckhalter was born November 21, 1994 in Coffee County, Alabama and raised in Stone County Mississippi. Levi passed away on April 16, 2020 at USA Medical Center in Mobile, AL. He is survived by his mother, Tatonia Barnes of Hammond, LA and father, Levon Buckhalter, Jr., of Lucedale, MS. Levi is also survived by his sisters, Andrean Nix, Laporcha Barnes and Lavondrea Buckhalter and brothers, Demetrius Spivery and Levon Buckhalter IV. Levi had a kind spirit and loving heart and he truly loved the Lord. He touched the hearts of many people. It was hard not to love him, as he was a sweet, giving and loving person, who just wanted everyone to just love one another. Though he was not perfect and had some troubles in his young life, he was still an amazing young man. He loved many things, such as writing music and bible scriptures, reading the bible, drawing art, tattooing, singing, hunting and animals. He was a self-taught barber, tattoo artist and mechanic. He had a natural gift of connecting with animals. He was a natural at all of these things. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 29 from 12 pm to 1 pm at Trinity Funeral Services in McHenry. Funeral at 1 pm with Brother Tim Monroe officiating. Interment will follow at Welcome Hill Cemetery. Every effort will be made to adhere to the current social distancing guidelines and those attending are asked to take proper precautions.
