Leah Joyce Kay (Rainey) Gallagher

Leah Joyce Kay Gallagher, 48 of Lacombe, passed away on April 21, 2023, in Louisiana. Leah was born on October 18, 1974, in Michigan to her parents, Dennis and Brenda Kay (Perry) Gallagher. Leah will be remembered by all who knew and loved her as having the biggest heart and always willing to help, even when it was difficult to do so. She is preceded in death by her late husband, Mureal Rainey, Jr., and her brother Joshua Gallagher. Left to cherish her memory are her parents Dennis and Brenda Gallagher; her daughter Hailee Schenck and her son Dakoda; her son Jordan Rainey and his daughter Holly; two brothers Dennis and Jared Gallagher; and one sister Deborah Dilone. Leah leaves a legacy of two grandchildren as well as numerous extended family and friends who know and loved her deeply. Services for Leah will be held Thursday, May 4, 2023, at Redemption Church in Lacombe, LA. beginning at 12 noon.
