Lawrence Eugene Ladnier

Lawrence Eugene Ladnier, age 71, passed away on June 26, 2019 in Lucedale. Lawrence was born on August 10, 1947 to William and Inez (Latimer) Ladnier. He joined the Army where he proudly served his country during the Vietnam War. If you looked up family man in the dictionary, you would likely see Lawrence's picture! He enjoyed woodworking, the outdoors, gardening and his mules, Dixie and Festus but above all, his family. Lawrence was married to Be Thi for 26 years and together they had 3 children. After her passing, he married his wife of 20 1/2 years, Diana. They could be found out and about at car shows or horseback riding. He retired from MS Power back in 1990 and had many funny stories to share. Even though Lawrence battled cancer, he never let it define him. He was not one that let anything get him down or keep him down. The wonderful memories that he created with his family and friends will always be cherished. He is preceded in death by his parents, William and Inez Ladnier and his 1st wife Be Thi Ladnier. He leaves behind his best friend and wife, Diana Ladnier; children, Mary (Jason) Naron, Joe (Julie) Ladnier and Angie (Angel) Osuna; siblings, Gordon "Tiger (Elaine) Ladnier, Robert Ladnier, Juanita Ishee, Joanne Breland and Linda (Jim) Lybrand; grandchildren, Tristen, Elysa, Presley, Hunter, Tyler, Jaden and Anna Lien.  A visitation will be held on Saturday, June 29 at Trinity Funeral Services from 10 to 11. Funeral service at 11 with interment in Conn cemetery in Long Beach, MS. Trinity Funeral Services is honored to assist the family during this difficult time and ask that you keep them in your prayers.
