J.T. "Jay" Hickman, Jr.

J.T. Hickman Jr. went home to be with his Lord and Savior on March 27, 2025, in the comfort of his home surrounded by those who loved him. Jay, as he was lovingly known, was born September 21, 1961, in Gulfport, MS to his parents J.T. and Ida (Bryant) Hickman, Sr. Jay loved the Lord and was always eager to help in any way possible. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Jay is preceded in death by his parents, J.T. and Ida Hickman, Sr., and one nephew, Cecil Page II. Left to cherish Jay's memory, two brothers, Jim (Arlene) Evitts and Dale (Darlene) Evitts; three sisters, Alice Costello, Annie Smith, and Sue (Cecil) Page; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends whom he loved very much. Services for Jay will be Sunday, March 30, 2025, beginning at 11:00 am, for a graveside service at Ladner Family Cemetery. Trinity Funeral Services is honored to serve the Hickman family during this time and would ask that you remember the family in your thoughts and prayers over the coming days.
