Joseph Anthony Yarbrough, Sr.

Joseph Anthony Yarbrough, Sr., 39, of Picayune, passed away unexpectedly on January 27, 2024, in Carriere, MS. Joseph was born on July 15, 1984, in Minot, North Dakota to his parents Stanley and Donna (Farmer) Yarbrough. Joseph took pride in being a great husband to Farrah, and father to Charlotte, Brittany, and Joseph, Jr. He was a hard worker and once he set his mind on something, whether big or small, he was going to do it. Joseph enjoyed the simple things in life like fishing, listening to music, and spending any spare time with his family. Joseph will be immensely missed by all who knew and loved him. He is survived by his wife, of five years, Farrah (Owens) Yarbrough, his children, Charlotte Smith, Brittany Smith, and Joseph Anthony Yarbrough, Jr.; his mother, Donna Yarbrough; his father, Stanley (Hope) Yarbrough; his sister, Tanya (Michael) Gregoire; and his brothers, Timothy Yarbrough and Stephen Yarbrough. Joseph leaves a legacy of numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends whom he loved deeply. Joseph's wishes were to be cremated, which his family is honoring. Services for Joseph will be held at a later date provided by his family.
