Mr. John Wesley Hancock

Mr. John Wesley Hancock, age 46, of Saucier, passed away on March 4, 2019 at Tulane Medical Center surrounded by his family. He was born in Honolulu, Hawaii on June 22, 1972 to Johnnie Rae and Lenora Sue Harper Hancock. John was the baby boy of 3 and as you can imagine, his older 2 sisters spoiled him as much as his mom did! John was known for his strength, quick wit, warmth and unwavering dedication and love for his family and devotion to God. Family and friends describe him as an easy going guy with a big heart, hard working and was always there to lend a helping hand. John took good care of his mother and was always there for her. He had a passion for working on cars and made that his career. He seemed to be energized by hard work and took great pride in doing a job well done. But his greatest passion was working for God. John was preceded in death by his father, Johnnie Hancock. He leaves behind to miss him dearly, his mother, Lenora Hancock; son, Wesley Hancock; sisters, Tina Guthrie and Wanda (William) Brewer. John's life was a blessing, his memory a treasure. Loved beyond words and missed beyond measure. Relatives and friends will honor and remember John's life by gathering at 1 pm, Saturday, March 9, 2019 at Lily of the Cross, 125 1st Street, Wiggins, MS.
