Heaven gained a great man with a huge heart on January 27, 2024, with the sudden passing of John William Case, Jr. Born April 15, 1979, to John William Case, Sr., of Magnolia, Miss., and Sheila Case Bachman, John was a family man in every way and determined to be the one to keep everyone together. He was an exemplary father, son, brother, uncle, cousin, nephew and friend. A big-hearted, vibrant, personality, John had a perpetual smile an open heart and a loving and accepting spirit. He was known and loved for his unending generosity, strength, unconditional love, and immense passion for his family and friends. John worked as a Civil Engineering Project Manager and Heavy Equipment Operator. Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Sheila and stepfather Edward of Conroe, Tex.; children Bethany Nicole Case Junkins of Meridian, Miss., and Brooklyn Michelle Case of Montgomery, Tex.; sister Jena Case, her fiancé Jeff of Biloxi, Miss., and her children Blayr Brytun Case and Farah Lisa Rusher; brother Joshua Case, his wife Lindsey of Biloxi, Miss., and his son Joshua Malachi Case, Jr.; stepsister Lisa Bachman Hartsaw, her husband Brandon of Kingwood, Tex., and her children Braden C. Hartsaw, Riley C. Hartsaw, Samuel P. Hartsaw, and Isabelle T. Hartsaw; and stepbrother Paul Edward Bachman and his son Lucas Paul Bachman, of The Woodlands, Tex. The family deeply appreciates the support, love, and prayers extended during this difficult time. Services will be held on February 2, 2024, at 1 p.m. at First Assembly of God Church in McComb, Miss., 718 Hart Road, McComb, Miss., 39648, with the Rev. Jim Dalton officiating and burial immediately following at Magnolia Cemetery, 120 Osborne Street, Magnolia, Miss.
