John C. Britten

March 3, 1945 — June 15, 2025

Saucier

John Charles Britten ended his earthly journey peacefully on June 15, 2025 in Biloxi, MS. John was born on March 3, 1945 in Howell, Michigan. John was known for his quirky personality, strong work ethic, and huge appetite, especially carrot cake. John worked most of his adult life at Spartan Tires in Howell, MI and Upper Lakes Tire in Grayling, MI, where he made many friends that valued his loyalty. When John wasn't working, he enjoyed mowing grass, hunting and fishing, especially in his own backyard in Grayling, MI. Later in life, John escaped the tough Michigan winters to be closer to his Mississippi family. He has spent the last eleven years making a lifetime of cherished memories with his grandchildren. John is preceded in death by his parents Donald and Harriette Britten, and sister Ruth Britten. He is survived by his brother Don Britten, daughter Barbie Small (Zachariah), son Johnathan Britten (Ashley), grandchildren Zachary and Hannah Venable, and Annabelle, Annagrace, and Brent Britten, and niece Jessica Britten. We find peace knowing John is rejoicing in Heaven pain-free, surrounded by family and friends. Trinity Funeral Services is honored to serve the Britten family in their time of need and we ask that you remember them in your thoughts and prayers through the days ahead.
