Ms. Jill Hariel Daley

Ms. Jill H. Daley, 53 of the Necaise community, passed away Wednesday evening. She was born September 15, 1964 in Poplarville, the youngest of 7 children to W. C. "Jack" and Thelma Hariel. Jill grew up in the Steep Hollow community, and was a headstrong and feisty young lady with a big heart for her family. She attended Poplarville schools, and worked for several years as a deputy Circuit Clerk for Pearl River County. Jill then earned an Associates Degree of Nursing from Pearl River Community College, and worked as an RN around South MS and South LA. She is remembered as a loving sister, mother, and aunt, who always gave of herself. She will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by all whose life she touched. Jill was preceded by her parents, Jack & Thelma Hariel; and one sister, Debbie Smith. Left to cherish her memories are her son, Bryan Poole; her grandsons, Taven Poole and Trevor Ladner; sisters Peggy Staten and Myra (Elroy) Necaise, and brothers Wendell (Wanda) Hariel, Tony (Vickie) Hariel, and Jackie Hariel, all of Poplarville, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. The family will receive friends for visitation from 10:00 AM until 12:00 noon at Steep Hollow Baptist Church. Interment will follow at the Smith Family Cemetery on Barth Road.
