Jeremy Lee Bullock

Jeremy Lee Bullock, 36 of Columbia, passed away in a tragic accident Monday evening in Marion county. He was born October 27, 1984 in Biloxi, MS, the fourth of five children to David Lee and Sharon Elizabeth (Gray) Bullock. Jeremy grew up in and around Lumberton where he enjoyed the outdoors, riding his bicycle and playing with friends. He was a South Mississippi country boy at heart and loved to play baseball in his younger years. When he wasn't on the diamond, you would usually find him fishing or hunting somewhere. Jeremy was the type that like to "fix" things. He enjoyed working on engines and motors, both large and small. He opted out of school, obtained his GED and took a welding course, which provided him a trade to work with, but he always enjoyed working on engines. With those two skills, Jeremy was seldom without something to do. His problem was that he rarely charged anyone for his efforts. See, Jeremy had a big heart and loved to help people, truly the type that would give you the shirt off his back. He was outgoing, loved his kids, family and riding his motorcycle. Though he leaves this life far too soon, he will be missed beyond measure by all whose life he touched. Jeremy was preceded by his grandparents, John and Lois Bullock, Bill Gray and Eula Seymour. left to cherish his memories are: his soul mate and companion for the past several years, Patricia Bryant; their children, sons Johnathan Bullock of Purvis and Justin Bullock of Poplarville, and Jacoby Cenac of Slidell; his parents, David and Sharon Bullock and a sister, Lisa Nelson, all of Purvis; a brother Shayne Bullock of Lumberton, and his brother Blake Bullock and sister Haylee Ladner, both of Poplarville, along with a host of extended family, friends and lots of people Jeremy has done work for and helped in some way. Service times are set for Thursday, August 19th at Trinity's Lumberton location. Visitation will begin at 12:00 PM, followed by a chapel service at 4:00 PM, with Rev. Tommy Jones officiating. Afterward, Jeremy will be laid to rest in the Lee-Ladner Cemetery. Trinity Funeral Services is honored to serve the Bullock family in their time of need.
