Mr. Jeremie Lee Milton

Jeremie Lee Milton, age 42, passed away on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at Gulfport Memorial Hospital in Gulfport. He was born May 22, 1973 at Keesler AFB, Biloxi, MS to Robert "Tom" and Sally (Huck) Milton. He was a 1991 graduate of Long Beach High School. On September 5, 1993 he married Devonna Michelle Wilkerson. Together, they had three children: Corey, Gabrielle and Charity. Jeremie was a life long construction worker who owned Unity Finishes Subcontractors based in McHenry, MS. He enjoyed all phases of the construction field which allowed him to see projects from start to finish. Each project gave him great personal satisfaction and a sense of accomplishment upon completion. During his lifetime he and his family attended many churches along the Mississippi Gulf Coast which included many different denominations. His thirst for the love and knowledge of "Jesus Christ" was a daily quest and anyone who truly knew him knows of his devotion to his personal savior. Jeremie truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures such as gatherings with friends and family. He enjoyed cookouts, golfing, fishing, bowling and traveling. Jeremie had an uncanny ability to reach people in a deep and positive manner. He is survived by his wife, Michelle, his children, Corey and Charity, two grandsons, Tyler and Timothy, his parents and his wife's parents Myra and Jerry Reeter. Family, friends and others whose lives Jeremie touched are invited to Bible Baptist Church, 12200 Dedeaux Road, Gulfport from 10:00 to 11:00 AM on Thursday, May 5th, 2016 for the visitation, followed by a memorial service. Burial will follow at Wedgeworth Cemetery in Saucier, MS.
