Jeffrey Linn Waters, 64, passed away on March 12, 2025. Born on January 1, 1961, Jeffrey’s life was marked by his exceptional skills as a carpenter and mason, as well as his unwavering devotion to his family and friends. He leaves behind a legacy of laughter and love, survived by his son, Cody Waters, his stepdaughter, Misty Dowdy, and seven cherished grandchildren. His beloved wife, Deborah Waters, whose memory remained a guiding light, preceded him in death. Jeffrey was best known for his magnetic personality – a charming man with a real knack for storytelling that could brighten any room. His infectious sense of humor made him a best friend to many. Whether it was sharing fish tales by the lake or constructing a legacy of buildings that will stand the test of time, Jeffrey lived his life with passion and purpose.
