Jeffrey Sudduth Sabree, 64, passed away on February 15, 2026 in Biloxi, MS.

Jeff lived a life marked by rhythm, wisdom, and a deep, steady love for his family. Born to Katie and Lewis “Pappy” Sabree, he carried forward the values they instilled in him — strength, kindness, and quiet integrity.

Above all else, Jeff was a father to Joshua Sabree (Morgan) and Sarah Sabree (Tanner). They lovingly called him “Daddio,” a name that reflected the role he held in their lives. He was incredibly proud of his children — proud of who they were, proud of the lives they built, proud to call them his. He spoke of them often and with a pride that was unmistakable. Being their father meant more to him than anything. He also had two fur babies that he treasured deeply, Milo & Monkey.

Becoming “Granddaddio” to Emersyn and Averi brought him even greater joy. He adored his grandchildren and carried that same deep pride for them. He loved watching them grow and never missed a chance to share just how special they were to him

Jeff is survived by his children and grandchildren; his siblings, Jay(Joy), Steve(Anna) , and Jan(Brent); many extended family members and friends who were blessed to know him. He is preceded in death by his parents, Katie and Lewis “Pappy” Sabree.

Jeff had a deep love for motorcycle riding — the open road was where he felt most free. He found peace camping under the stars, joy in flying his collection of RC planes, and true passion behind a drum set. Music was part of who he was. He was talented and steady — the kind of drummer who didn’t need the spotlight to be essential.

As someone once said:

“Drummers are the heartbeat. They don’t always stand in the front, but everything moves because of them. They carry rhythm for everyone else. They listen. They hold it together. They feel timing in their bones.”

That was Jeff. The steady heartbeat. The quiet strength. The one who held it together.

He will be remembered as a devoted father, a proud Granddaddio, a beloved brother, a loving uncle, and a man whose wisdom and kindness left a lasting mark on everyone who knew him. Though he may no longer be with us, the rhythm he carried continues in the lives of those he loved most.
