James Lee Ikard

James Lee Ikard, 72, passed away on November 15, 2022, at Merit Health in Natchez MS.  James was born on August 09, 1950, in Vicksburg, MS. James was a U. S. Army Veteran that worked hard as a groundskeeper to support his loving family.  He was very passionate about his career; he loved making the world a more beautiful place for everyone to enjoy. He was a classic conservative Christian that loved to read his Bible, meet new people, and joke around with his family and friends. James was a great husband, father, brother, uncle, and friend to many.  He will be missed dearly.  James was preceded in death by his parents. Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Barbara Ikard; daughter, Sonya Ikard; sister, Udoxie Hampton; and numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends from his community.
