James C Hibley, Jr.

James C. Hibley, Jr., 47, of Columbia, MS passed away on October 02, 2023, at Tulane Medical Center in New Orleans, LA. James was born on December 28, 1975, in Tylertown, to parents James C. and Brenda (Prine) Hibley, Sr..  Always known as "Jaybird", James made his career working on and driving 18-wheelers all across the US. If he was not working, James spent his time at home with his best four-legged pal, Pete. If one thing was certain about James, it was how much he loved and adored his grandchildren, Levi, Izic, Brentley, and Stella. James will be forever remembered as a kind and loving person who will be immensely missed by all who knew and loved him. James is preceded in death by his parents, James Hibley, Sr. and Brenda Stuckey.  Left to cherish his memory are his two daughters, Marissa and Tiffany; his grandbabies; his sweetheart, Lavenia; and his sisters Alisha, Jennifer, and Susan.
